“Great service, promptly provided. Vince was able to quickly identify the problem with our toilet system and repaired it during his visit. He explained the job clearly.”

It’s me,
Vince.
“I do the work. I show up. I clean up after.”
One man. One van. Same number every time. The plumber I’d want in my own home.
How I got here.
I qualified at nineteen, working out of a small Northampton firm. Six years there, then two more at a bigger outfit that did everything from emergency call-outs to full bathroom installs. The whole time, the same thing kept happening: customers telling me they hadn’t felt looked-after by their last plumber.
Sometimes it was the price changing on the day. Sometimes it was nobody picking up the phone for two days. Sometimes it was the small things — dirty boots on a cream carpet, a mess left in the kitchen, a job half-done because they had to rush to the next call.
I went out on my own to fix that. One van, one number, one promise: same person every time, fixed price written down, and if anything goes wrong on my watch I come back free. That’s how my own home would be done — so that’s how I do it for everyone else.

“Thank you to Vince who was so professional and supportive. He knew exactly what he was doing. No job too small. He arranged time to suit my needs.”
“Vince was fantastic — fitted a new dishwasher after years of pain, and reinstalled a radiator which had become detached from our wall. My wife and I couldn't be happier.”
“Burst pipe at 7am. Vince was here by 11. Quoted £165, paid £165. Fixed in an hour, cleaned up the kitchen properly. Will call him every time.”
