Old grey tile floor lifted, underfloor pipework re-routed and pressure-tested, then handed back for a patterned Victorian-style tile install. Whole job clean, dust contained.

Walk-in shower install
Floor torn up, pipework dropped to the new tray waste, new tray and glass cubicle fitted, basin added. Bathroom turned around in under a week.

Family bathroom — full strip + refit
1990s suite torn out, pipework re-routed, new freestanding bath with separate walk-in shower fitted. Marble-effect porcelain throughout, brushed brass fittings. 9 working days, hot water never off overnight.
Kingsthorpe
En-suite — clinical to contemporary
Cramped 90s en-suite with corner cubicle ripped out, replaced with frameless walk-in shower, wall-hung vanity and warm LED mirror. Done over a long weekend.
