actually works.

Same-day or your call-out is free.
Booked by 9am, in your home by 1pm. Booked by 12pm, before close of business. If I miss that window without telling you first, the £85 call-out is on me. No excuses, no ‘running late’ clauses.

Fixed-price quote, written down.
I quote in writing before tools touch the wall. The price I quote is the price you pay. If the job turns out bigger than I said, that’s on me. I write this into every receipt so we both have a paper trail.

First-visit fix or £50 in your account.
Most plumbing jobs can be done first visit if you carry the parts. I carry the parts. If I have to come back to finish, the next visit is free AND I credit £50 to your account. No questions. No quibbles. Written into every receipt.

12-month workmanship guarantee.
Anything I install or repair — if it fails on my watch within 12 months, I come back and fix it free. This is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty on parts (which I’ll also support you on if it’s a Vaillant / Worcester / Ideal).

Tidy tradesman.
Floor coverings down before I start. Mess cleared before I leave. Boot covers if you ask. I clean up the kitchen tiles where I swapped the boiler. This isn’t a guarantee in the legal sense — it’s a promise about how I work.

02Is there a warranty on the work?
12-month workmanship guarantee on everything I install — taps, valves, pipework, drainage, tiling. Manufacturer warranties pass through on suites and sanitaryware (typically 5-10 years). All in writing, emailed before I leave.
