WaterSafe approved + G3 Unvented certified, so I can isolate, diagnose and repair on the same call. The £50 call-out is credited to the job in full if you book me to do the work.

Isolation, repair or section replacement, pressure test, clean-up. Typical cost £165-£280 depending on access.

Plunger or auger first, then drain rod if needed. Most clears in 30 minutes — no overflow next time.

Usually a knackered valve or perished compression joint at the inlet. Isolate, swap the part, refill and bleed. Most fixes £95-£180.

External rod or jetter, internal access if needed. CCTV survey if drainage is persistent.

I cover Mon to Fri 7am-7pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm as standard. For genuine after-hours emergencies (Sunday flooding, midnight burst pipe), call anyway — I pick up where I can, and I'll talk you through stopping the damage even if I can't get to you until first thing.
£50 call-out, credited to the job in full if you book me to do the work. So in practice you pay £50 to find out what's wrong, and that £50 comes off the repair bill. If I can't get to you the same day after you booked before midday, no call-out fee at all.
